Open session

Board adopted Resolution 2024-04 on the biennial Conflict of Interest Code review with no changes, and approved Partial Payment Estimate 2 ($230,049.62) for the water main replacement project. The engineer reported the state had lowered the priority of water meter project funding. The 2024-25 proposed budget was presented. Two closed session litigation items were added to the agenda.
