Board appointed Carlos Aguilera to the vacant seat (Resolution 2019-2) and adopted Resolution 2019-3 certifying the results of the November 6, 2018 election. Resolution 2019-1 authorized the general manager to work with Provost & Pritchard on meter project funding. No agenda for this meeting was posted on the district website.
