Regular board meeting

Open session

Board approved the summary of the October 17 public hearing and authorized bidding the water main replacement project. Staff will add a budget line for payments to the City of Fresno for the litigation that resulted in a sewer rate increase. After closed session, the board reported adopting Resolution 2023-06 opting out of specified class action lawsuits on water contamination.
