Board adopted Resolution 2025-01 placing delinquent accounts on the county tax rolls, 4-0 (Director Valdez absent). Board voted to receive detail on non-recurring expenses over $5,000 and to receive meeting minutes within five business days. Approval of the 2025-26 budget was postponed, and staff was directed to pursue metering of schools in the district.
