Board voted 3-2 to add an employee cost-of-living item to the agenda (Directors Dutcher and Silva opposed); it was discussed and carried to the next meeting. Approval of the 2025-26 budget was postponed again, 5-0. Board approved up to $50,000 for water meters at district schools, 5-0, and staff will seek a new rate study.
