Board adopted Resolution 2022-10 exempting the water main replacement project from CEQA, voted to enroll in the state's LIHWAP customer assistance program, and discussed recovering costs from a contractor that damaged a fire hydrant. The City of Fresno had not agreed to the district's use of the Herndon and Maroa basin.
