Board adopted Resolution 2022-13 for the water meter funding application. Counsel said the board must fill its vacancy by February 4, 2023. The general manager stated that Fresno County Elections had in the past disenfranchised the district's sewer-only customers and that he had sent the County maps of the district boundaries.
