Board accepted Berger & Co.'s proposal for the audit of fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, at a cost of no more than $25,500, by a 3-1 vote (Director Dutcher opposed, Director Silva abstaining). The engineer reported on new state cross-connection control requirements and final payments on the water main replacement project.
