Board adopted Resolution 2025-02 approving the 2025-26 budget and a 2.6% employee cost-of-living increase retroactive to July 1, both 4-0 (Director Valdez absent). Board authorized up to $20,000 for a compressor, 3-0 (Director Peranick abstaining). Bartle Wells quoted $24,975 for a rate study and more quotes were requested. The engineer reported the water main replacement project complete.
