The engineer reported Provost & Pritchard's 2026 contract would be $24,000 and the planning application for state funding to treat Wells 5 and 9 was in progress. In discussion of PFOS/PFAS contamination, counsel noted the City of Fresno has filed a lawsuit. Staff reported schools with working meters are now billed at metered rates, with remaining meter installation planned for spring break.
