Gordon Saito & Co., CPAs introduced themselves and discussed how the district's financial reports could be made clearer for the board. Staff presented the proposed 2026-27 budget, noting it does not include the rate increase expected from the rate study now under way. Staff reported the district's backhoe can no longer be reliably repaired and a replacement will be needed. Closed session on two potential litigation matters; no reportable action.
