After a public hearing with no comments, the board adopted Ordinance 2022-1 setting director compensation (2-0, Director Peranick abstaining), and Resolution 2022-03 authorizing the water main replacement funding agreement with the state. The board president reported a director was no longer a district resident and would resign.
